QEEPS

QEEPS is a proptech startup that is revolutionizing the creation and analysis of rental applications. Its goal is to streamline interactions between tenants and real estate agencies through a platform designed specifically for property professionals.

As a Product Designer, I supported the team for one year in the complete design of the desktop & mobile webapp, as well as the implementation of a robust and scalable design system.

My Role

Cross-functional responsibilities ranging from interface design to prototyping user flows and building the design system.

• UX/UI design for both agent and tenant interfaces (desktop and mobile)
• Design of key user journeys: property onboarding, application flow, visit scheduling
• Creation of a complete design system in Figma
• Design of the Rental Pass (smart tenant passport)
• Built the first version of the marketing site in Webflow (since redesigned)

Problem & Objectives

Rental management was fragmented across multiple tools. Qeeps aimed to centralize the experience in a simple, fast, mobile-first platform.

Challenges

• Agencies juggle poorly integrated tools and repetitive manual tasks.
• Tenants must resubmit the same documents across various platforms.

Objective

• Enable agents to publish, qualify, and schedule property visits in just a few clicks.
• Give tenants the ability to track their application and apply to multiple listings seamlessly.
